SOKOLOV production facility is the largest in Europe and one of the best-equipped manufactures in the jewelry field. We use equipment from Italy, Switzerland, Germany and the USA. We treasure the jewelry artisan traditions and combine modern developments with handcraft.

Technologies

SMARK

This technology allows creating jewelry from extremely thin metal plates with the help of a laser. Operation mode is selected automatically depending on the height of rolled material. That makes it possible to create quite large but lightweight jewelry pieces with patterns that would be impossible to recreate for a human being.

3D Modeling

The latest prototyping equipment allows bringing the designers' ideas to life quickly and in high quality. The future jewelry is "grown" from two types of wax in a high technology 3D printer, and a three-dimensional model appears as a result. A large tray is perfect for growing about a hundred different 3D models at the same time.

Passivation

SOKOLOV uses a Swiss technology of the plating process for silver jewelry. This includes Swiss materials, the latest equipment, a set of control tools and strict observance of the quality standards.

Casting with Stones in Place

It means that gems are set in wax, not in metal. Only special heat-resistant gems can be used for this technique. SOKOLOV professionals have perfected this procedure — they have developed a way to put gems even into thin items, shortening the production cycle without increasing the defect ratio.

Electroplating

Clear arrangement of the production processes, electrolytes of high quality, well equipped in-house laboratory facilities and attention to detail — all of this guarantees the high quality of our jewelry. We use only precious metals for the electroplating process - rhodium (a metal from the platinum group), gold and silver.
